Crosscurrents: Dürer to Picasso 2007

David Tunick, Inc., is pleased to present Crosscurrents: Dürer to Picasso, on view from May 9 – June 15, 2007 at our gallery premises, 19 East 66th Street, New York, NY.
The exhibition demonstrates the relationship between the Old Masters and Modern Masters. Works on view include prints by Dürer (1471-1528), Bosch (1450-1516), Bruegel the Elder (1564-1638) and Rembrandt (1606-1669) as well as works by Daumier (1808-1879), Matisse (1869-1954), Picasso (1881-1973) and Warhol (1928-1987), among others.
This exhibition is a continuation of the annual Masterworks of Six Centuriesevent that takes place every May in conjunction with five other galleries in the neighborhood – Richard L. Feigen & Co., Lawrence Steigrad Fine Arts, Dickinson Roundell, Zwirner & Wirth, and Didier Aaron.
